Prior to meeting with Ronen for the first time, you will receive a simple, one page intake questionnaire. This will give him an idea of where you are with your health as well as your objectives. The next is to schedule. Click here to access the online appointment calendar. 

Follow-up sessions

If needed, Ronen will work with you either periodically (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly,) or on as-needed basis. This would be discussed after the first session. 

• A Sound Healing session is typically 75 minutes. cLonger sessions of 90 or 120 minutes are also available. The client should come dressed in comfortable, preferably white or bright colored clothing.

Cancellation policy

Things happen, and on occasion an appointment may need to be rescheduled. We request 24 hour notice so the time reserved for you may be open for others in need of our services. Thank you.

Most Sound Healing sessions are held at Ronen's office in downtown Cary, NC.

Sound Healing

Open Heart Energy offers a variety of energy work and healing modalities. These include Sound Healing, Reiki, Angelic Reiki, Focused Energy Tuning, Channeled Healing, and much more. For some, devices such as tuning forks and singing bowls (sound healing) are used, for others, Ronen may use a variety of traditional, shamanic tools such as rattles, chakapa, and feathers.
If you don’t know which of these modalities best fits your needs, Ronen will first do a review of the body's current energy map via a first-time Reiki session, and then take it from there.

What may a Sound Healing session include?
Using a host of sound and musical instruments, including tuning forks, singing bowls, crystal pyramid, rainstick, drums, koshi bells, and other forms of sound and vibrational healing items, Ronen will work on balancing energy centers throughout the body.

What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing  became trendy in the past decade, although long before it was “discovered” by the West, it was used by many indigenous societies, not the least of which are Tibetan and Nepalis monks, shamanic healers in the Americas, and the Aboriginal tribes of Australia. 

How Does Sound Healing Work?

Everything around us is made of vibrations. Nikola Tesla, the famed inventor and futurist, is quoted as saying, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” This includes the human body. As such, all the elements within our body respond to sounds and vibrations. When we feel ill or a sense of discomfort, it is an indication that different areas in our energetic/odic body are out of alignment; much like an orchestra that is out of tune. The greater the dissonance, the greater the discomfort.

During a typical session at, Ronen asks the client how they feel and what they hope to get out of the session. Ronen will then enter a state of mediumship, which allows him to be guided through the session. Treatment is provided on a treatment table, with the client being fully clothed. Work may be performed on the front and/or back of the body. By use of singing bowls, tuning forks, and other instruments, Ronen will create different frequencies and vibrations to bring the client into alignment on the chakra and cellular level. Clients typically report feeling relaxed, open, lighter, and with increased clarity, focus, peace. 

A typical session is 75 minutes long, with 55 minutes being hands-on. Longer sessions of 90 and 120 minutes are available as well (price varies accordingly, please see below). There is no need for any special preparations on the client’s part.

• The work provided does not include massage or manipulation of body tissue. All modalities work on the energetic level, and may include shifts in the etheric, emotional, mental, and astral planes.

• Some results may be felt immediately during the session, but often the effects last and/or appear hours, days, and even weeks after the session is complete. Ronen will discuss this with you before and after the first session. Journaling is recommended.

• Where a challenge is presented that is outside the scope of our work, we may be able to provide a referral to another integrative or holistic professional.
